We are currently seeking a new RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER to join our team.
Phil McIntyre Entertainments are a leading agency in comedy touring and theatre production. We’re currently seeking a highly-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and great enthusiasm.
Responsibilities will include managing the phones, maintaining office supplies, creating sales reports, updating social channels, co-ordinating travel bookings and taking care of guests.
Essential criteria:
- Office experience
- Strong computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Proficient in social media
- Interest in comedy and entertainment is preferred
This is a temporary role on a full-time basis, up until Christmas at our London office.
