Ria recently finished a No.1 National tour as Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, directed by Ian Talbot.
Theatre credits include:
Liz Imbrie in High Society (Shaftesbury Theatre/National tour), Eva Peron in Evita, Grizabella in Cats, Fantine in Les Miserables, The Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Svetlana/Florence in Chess, Carla/Necrophorus in Nine, Ida in Honk, Josephine/Monica in Romance Romance, Kim in Personals, Petra in A Little Night Music, Robin in Godspell, Emma West in A Twist of Fate, Anita in West Side Story, the title role in Victor/Victoria at the Bridewell Theatre and the workshop of Zorro. She created the character of Norma Desmond in the original workshop of Sunset Boulevard at Sydmonton and worked closely with Stephen Sondheim in his new musicals master class at St Catherine’s College Oxford. Ria was proud to be chosen to perform at The Voices of a Nation concert to celebrate the opening of the Welsh Assembly. Concert work has taken Ria all over the world. She regularly guests with orchestras in Singapore, South Africa and Denmark, as well as appearing in the UK.

The lead role of Vanessa Dodd in The Life of Debt for HTV Wales, her own television show For One night Only With Ria Jones, Showstoppers and three Royal Variety Shoes for the BBC.
Recordings include:
Les Miserables (Manchester cast recording), Personals, A Twist of Fate, A Tribute to Hal Prince (live cast recordings) and most recently as guest soloist in the CD My Way with trumpeter Pier Nielson, which has now gone platinum.
